ILLINOIS REGISTERED DIETITIAN FOR WOMEN

Helping women reclaim energy, confidence, and body trust for over a decade.

But the truth is, I’ve been on the other side too. For years, I struggled with disordered eating, chronic digestive issues, and PCOS (hello, insulin resistance and hormone chaos). I did everything “right” and still felt terrible.

Each meal is an opportunity to nourish your body and your soul, and when it’s approached with balance and intention, it becomes one of the simplest ways to care for yourself.

I don’t believe in rigid meal plans or “good” vs. “bad” foods.

I believe in helping you feel strong from the inside out and confident in your choices.

When we work together, we’ll start by getting clear on what’s really going on in your body and your routine. From there, we’ll create a plan that fits your actual life—not the one you wish you had time for.

I combine personal experience with 12+ years of professional expertise to help women navigate nutrition, hormones, digestion, and real-life wellness without guilt or extremes.

You’ll get education, structure, and accountability, but never shame or overwhelm. This isn’t about chasing a number on the scale; it’s about steady energy, better digestion, balanced hormones, and the peace of knowing you’re taking care of yourself in a way that lasts.

You can expect straight talk, science-based strategies, and zero judgment. We’ll laugh, we’ll problem-solve, and we’ll find what actually works for you. My goal is to make nutrition feel simple, doable, and even—dare I say—enjoyable again.

A little about life outside of work

I live in the Chicago suburbs with my two daughters, and most days you’ll find us having dance parties in the kitchen, baking something sweet, playing outside, or getting messy with an art project.

When I carve out time for myself, you’ll usually catch me lifting weights, going for a walk to clear my head, or enjoying chocolate.

I’m also a huge sports fan and proudly loyal to Chicago teams (Blackhawks, Bears, Bulls, and Cubs). Hockey has my heart most of all—I even used to play!
